Shipping Information

Due to a huge amount of orders we received everyday, it may take 1-3 days to process your order before it leave the warehouse. We only make the delivery on Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

Once your order leave the warehouse we will notify you by email along with a tracking number. Waffaa will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by PosLaju (we will be using POSLAJU MALAYSIA only for delivery the parcel). For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabout, you need to contact your local Poslaju office or simply call their hotline at 1-300-300-300 (Malaysia).

Shipping Within Malaysia

All orders within Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are shipped using PosLaju only. It will takes within 2 – 5 business days to delivery. All orders are charged according to the weight of the parcel. Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you should pay will be display at the end of the order process. Please take note that Tracking number will be given once posted. If addressee is not available by the time POS Laju at his/her place, we advise her/him to pickup his/her item at nearest POSLAJU branch. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel returned to us due if customer not available by the time parcel delivered. Also buyer has to top up shipping cost again if parcel returned to us.

Returns Policy

We have a strict no refunds/exchange policy on shawls you already bought. Waffaa shawl colors are quite similar and pretty colors too, so it’s hard you to choose. Please choose wisely before make an order.

Waffaa very particular about the quality of each shawl. We have QC line to check the quality before release it. Eventually, if you received faulty item, please direct email us as soon as possible. Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. We will replace it and send to customer the new item immediately.

Customer can request to receive refund in money or replace with another code with same value of total damaged item received. If you choose to have refund instead of replacement, full refund will be made for item value only not inclusive postage.

Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.

Accessories are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.

Issue on color resolution / pattern

Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see. If u have any doubt of our products, please buy at our vendor boutique to avoid any misunderstanding in the future.
